For deeper insight, guided walking and heritage tours are also available, offering stories of the sugar era, slavery, and emancipation that shaped today’s St.Croix.
The Beaches
Cane Bay Beach
Cane Bay Beach is one of St. Croix’s most beloved shorelines, known for its soft sand, clear turquoise water, and relaxed, uncrowded vibe. Just offshore, the famous Cane Bay Wall drops dramatically into the deep, making it a top spot for snorkeling, diving, and sunset views.
Isaac Bay
Isaac Bay feels like a hidden escape, tucked into a protected corner of St. Croix’s east end. The hike in rewards you with sweeping views, soft sand, and some of the island’s clearest water for snorkeling. It’s a favorite for travelers who want raw beauty and a true off-the-beaten-path beach.
Sandy Point Beach
Sandy Point Beach is a breathtaking two-mile stretch of white sand on St. Croix’s west end, famous for its wide shoreline and vivid turquoise water. It is also a protected nesting ground for endangered sea turtles, so access is limited at times.

Carambola Beach
